I am new to blogging and have had a very hard time figuring the lingo out let alone what it means and how to accomplish what I want. So you will see that I've accidentally deleted several blogs and tried to straighten up what's left. I really need to find a book called "Blogging for Dummy's"!
My children and grandchildren can't believe this old woman is even trying to learn to do this. They all laugh at me. If I can accomplish it won't they be surprised?!
Didn't get any sewing done today, darn it! I had to get my allergy shots in Knoxville and that takes a couple hours with the wait time involved. Then, for some reason people think you should pay them what you owe them every month, so it was home to pay the bills. For an accountant, it is my least favorite thing to do, probably a bad sign.
While paying bills I got involved watching my first ever episode of Downton Abbey, on PBS. Thankfully, Comcast has several episodes that are available to view. Oh my goodness! It was love at first sight. I couldn't draw myself away! Now I'm just sorry I missed the first three seasons, I think that's what I missed anyway.
Tomorrow I'm off to the doctor in Chattanooga. I hope I have time to watch another episode when I get home and do some sewing during it. I have blocks to make for the Leah Day "Building Blocks Quilt Alomg" and I'm all set to sew clue 5, Celtic Solstice, blocks together. I'm really anxious to work on both!
Thanks for putting up with my construction zone problems here. Wish I could say that would be the last of the demolition but I still haven't figured out how to add some of the links and buttons I want. I also haven't figured out how to do a link-up for the finale of Celtic Solstice. Oh well! Better luck tomorrow!
