This is my first mystery quilt. This is my first Bonnie Hunter quilt. This is my first time making star points. This is my first time making chevrons. This is my first attempt at linking to her progress blog so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
As you can tell there have been lots of firsts for me in this mystery quilt. There has been lots of challenges, too! I'm finding though that I am loving making this quilt MORE than I have any quilt in quite some time.
I haven't finished step one yet and am slowly getting started on step two. Thankfully I'm making the small quilt and it will be for charity...eventually, as Miss Bonnie is stretching me considerably with this quilt. I am loving every little and big stretch though!
